Nasolabial Area
Softening the folds that run from nose to mouth when volume above has changed.
Nasolabial folds are a normal part of a moving face. They can deepen as mid-face volume shifts. Sometimes the kindest approach is supporting the cheek rather than filling the fold directly. Direct filling is discussed only where it would look natural.
Who may consider it
If these folds feel heavier than you are comfortable with, they can be part of your consultation. Suitability is assessed in person. Completely erasing them is not a realistic or desirable goal.
During consultation
Chasing every fold can make a face look odd. We aim for softer transitions, not a flattened mid-face.

What are dermal fillers?
They are injectable gels, commonly hyaluronic acid-based, used to restore or refine volume and contour. They are prescription-adjacent clinical treatments, not makeup. Suitability is assessed in person.
Will filler change who I look like?
It can, if used without restraint. Our planning is aimed at you looking like you — balanced and supported. We will decline or reduce a plan that would look unlike you.
How long does a filler appointment take?
Consultations are typically around 45 minutes. If treatment proceeds, allow additional time depending on the areas involved.
Is there downtime after filler?
Swelling, tenderness or bruising can occur and may last days. We suggest not booking important photographs the next morning. Aftercare is personalised in clinic.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Anatomy, healing and aesthetic preference all differ. We discuss realistic possibilities and risks before any treatment.
Can I start with a consultation only?
Yes. In fact that is the correct start. Booking a consultation does not mean you will be treated that day, or at all.
Why don’t you list prices for filler?
Volume, product and areas vary. A lip conversation is not the same as a mid-face plan. Pricing follows assessment.

A consultation is how we understand your face, your goals, and whether treatment is appropriate — not a commitment to proceed.
