AroAash Skin Lounge (“we”) is based in Wellington, New Zealand. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through this website.

Information we collect

When you book or write to us we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, the service you requested, appointment date and time, and any optional note you type. We do not collect a full medical history through the public booking form.

Appointment information

Booking requests are stored so we can run the clinic diary, contact you, and keep a record of status (for example pending, confirmed, completed or cancelled).

Contact details

We use the details you give us to respond to enquiries and appointment requests. We do not sell your details.

Reason for collection

We collect this information to provide the services you ask for, to communicate with you, and to meet ordinary business record-keeping.

Storage

Information is stored in our hosting database and, if email is configured, may appear in clinic inboxes. Access is limited to authorised clinic staff. [STORAGE LOCATION / HOSTING REGION — confirm with Hostinger and legal review.]

Access and correction

You may ask to see or correct personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details on the contact page. [PRIVACY OFFICER CONTACT — confirm.]

Disclosure

We may share information with service providers who host this website or send email, and where the law requires. We do not otherwise disclose booking notes publicly.

Website analytics and cookies

Essential cookies keep the booking form and admin login working. Optional analytics or advertising scripts (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) load only if the clinic has entered those IDs and you have agreed. You can use the site without agreeing to analytics.
