The starting point
Your Consultation
Consultation comes first. It is how we understand what you are noticing, whether treatment is appropriate, and what — if anything — should happen next.

Why consultation comes first
Many people arrive unsure — not only about treatment, but about whether they want treatment at all. That uncertainty is welcome here. You do not need a prepared speech. You do not need to know product names.
You do need time. We use it to look at your face properly, to hear what bothers you, and to be honest about what these treatments can and cannot do. A consultation is not a sales meeting, and it does not guarantee that treatment will proceed.
What happens during consultation
Talk
Tell us what you’re noticing and what you would like to explore. There is no requirement to decide in advance.
Assess
Your practitioner considers suitability, facial characteristics, movement and the options that may — or may not — be appropriate.
Plan
If treatment is appropriate, you agree on a personalised approach before anything proceeds. Waiting is also a valid outcome.
What you can discuss
People often come with a particular line, a change in volume, or a general sense of looking more tired than they feel. You can talk about:
- Expression lines on the forehead, frown area or around the eyes
- Lip shape and definition
- Facial volume, contour and balance
- What you would like to keep exactly as it is
- Whether now is the right time for any treatment at all
You do not need to choose a treatment from a menu before you arrive.
How suitability is determined
Suitability is assessed in person. It depends on your anatomy, how your face moves, your health history as relevant to these treatments, and the outcome you are hoping for.
Submitting a booking request does not determine suitability. Treatment proceeds only where it is appropriate and agreed, after you understand the plan — including what it cannot do.
What happens next
If a plan is agreed, treatment may be arranged then or at a later visit. If it is better to wait, or to do nothing, that will be said clearly. Follow-up is discussed only where it would be useful.
We do not publish prices online. Any cost is discussed in clinic as part of a personalised plan.
What we will not do
We will not rush you. We will not attach a price to a website photograph. We will not treat a request that would look unlike you. And we will not pretend ageing is a problem that must be fixed.
